Normal mode If no obstacle is detected, the mold closes at high speed until the laser beam reaches the shielding point. After that, the sensing function is shielded, and the die continues to move and bend the material at the crawling speed until it is completed. In normal mode, the entire laser beam (front, middle and rear) is activated to detect the area below the tip of the punch. When an obstacle is detected, the mold stops moving and the punch cannot touch the obstacle. If the operator decides to continue to move the mold, press the foot switch again and the mold will continue to close. If the obstacle does not move away and is detected again, the die will complete the bending work at crawling speed when the sensor is shielded. | |
Folding box mode Fold into a box The two sides of the first bend will block the front of the laser beam, resulting in the system mistaking for a dangerous obstacle. In this case, if the system is in normal mode, the tool will stop moving and wait for the operation of the foot switch. If the workpiece is still in the original position and the foot switch is pressed, the die can only be closed according to the creeping speed There will be delays. Folding box mode will not cause this kind of time loss. The mold will continue to move to the shielding point at high speed after it stops at the folded sides. Only when the foot switch is depressed can the mold continue to move to the closed position. From the top of the bending stroke to the top edge of both sides of the workpiece, the front, middle and back parts of the laser are activated. After reaching the upper edge of both sides of the workpiece, the front and back parts of the laser fail to continue the rest of the journey. The middle part of the laser remains active until it reaches the shielding point, or an obstacle is found. If an obstacle is detected in the middle part of the laser, the tool will stop moving, and the rest of the travel to the shielding point can only be completed at crawling speed. The folding box mode is also sometimes used to ignore interference from the rear stop. In the folding box mode, the back stop is regarded as the folding edge of the workpiece. In this way, the front and rear parts of the laser are shielded starting from the top of the back stop, and only the middle part remains effective. Or the shape of the plate, first fold the opposite side, and then rotate the remaining two sides of the workpiece horizontally. |
Equipment risk assessment The operation danger area of the bending machine is mainly the mold on the front of the bending machine and its related areas, such as the moving supporting material, the moving retaining material and the warped workpiece; The personnel can enter the dangerous operation area from the back, and the left and right sides can enter between the upper and lower dies at the front and back, which is easy to cause the third party or debugging hazards; the front upper die of the equipment is used for pressing and forming the materials, The hydraulic system does not meet the relevant requirements of gb28243-2012 safety technical requirements for hydraulic sheet metal bending machine, and protective measures should be taken to prevent the corresponding hazards; Safety design equipment transformation Safety protection measures are added on the front of the equipment. The protection device moves up and down the slide plate by fixing the transmitter and receiver on both sides of the slide plate of the bending machine. The transmitter sends out the laser band, and the receiver receives the complete signal, so the machine tool works normally; If there is an obstacle (operator's hand) under the mold, the protection device will immediately stop the slide down to ensure safety. The laser protection device not only considers safety, but also maximizes the production efficiency. |
