Lihong Safety Equipment Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2006 and is located in Pudong New District, Shanghai. The company is mainly engaged in the risk assessment of equipment and machinery safety, equipment installation and transformation, equipment acceptance, standard training, and other related work.

In 2018, Suzhou Angao Intelligent Security Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou, mainly responsible for hardware (software) design, R&D and production of intelligent security products.

In 2020, the company cooperated with Aobo to establish a collaborative robot integration business unit and reached a strategic cooperation agreement.

Equipment safety risk assessment/Installation and modification services

Lihong Safety uses standard assessment methods to provide the same safety standards of risk assessment for different equipment. This provides a safety plan report that meets European and American standards, so customers can clearly understand the risk points of factory equipment in an effort to prevent future risks.

Lihong Safety is a domestic company specializing in safety engineering. The American transformation standards serve many of the world's top 500 foreign-invested companies in China's group factories. Lihong Safety is designated as the second transformation of factory equipment and the safety engineering is completely renovated. Lihong Safety is recognized by foreign-funded enterprises.

Open Class/Training

Lihong Safety provides mechanical risk assessment, training and seminar training based on ISO, IEC, BE, ANSI, EN and other international standards.

Safety products

Lihong safety designs safety features for automation (such as robot automation project design and project services). Safety features include the following: safety systems, general PLC integrated systems, etc. Customers are welcome to select fixtures and robots of their choice.

Machinery Safety Products

Lihong Safety has automatically developed and designed mechanical safety shield products, such as lathe shields, drilling machine shields, safety isolation fences, etc. The mechanical products are also combined with electrical products to form a standard special electrical chain protection cover, specialized for an isolation fence electrical chain door.

Training:

Mechanical safety training: customized courses, open courses: according to international and national safety standards, combined with more than 10 years of case experience, tailor-made professional EHS system safety standards training for enterprises. Currently, more than 100 foreign-funded enterprises have been trained. Hong has hosted many public classes and seminars to dedicate Weibo power to China's machinery safety training of new talents.

Acceptance:

EHS equipment in-factory acceptance: Provides a complete turnkey acceptance service for equipment design stage, acceptance before entering the factory, including equipment risk assessment and safety control system assessment combined service, as far as possible to reduce the second transformation of new equipment.

Risk assessment:

Carry out overall mechanical safety and safety control system risk assessment of factory equipment, submit safety reports that meet national and international standards, and currently serve more than 100 foreign-funded enterprises (including GE, Coca-Cola, Magna, etc.)

Safety Engineering:
