On March 28, 2019, the first meeting of the Intelligent Safety Working Group (WG10) of the National Machinery Safety Standardization Committee (SAC/TC208), the working group secretariat was undertaken by Lihong Safety and Ango Intelligent Safety Technology Co., Ltd., and was held in Sichuan. Held.

    Li Qin, former director of China Machine Productivity Promotion Center and director of National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee; Cheng Hongbing, deputy director of Standardization Institute of China Machine Productivity Promotion Center; Dr. Fu Huiqing, standardization expert of China Machine Productivity Promotion Center; secretary of National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee Chief Zhang Xiaofei; Li Liyan, deputy director of the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee; Chen Zhuoxian, general manager of Suzhou Ango Intelligent Safety Technology Co., Ltd., and Hou Hongying, general manager of Lihong Safety attended the meeting.

    The meeting was chaired by the working group leader Chen Zhuoxian. The meeting was first addressed by Li Qin, chairman of the Standardization Committee. Director Li introduced the relevant standardization work experience, and also affirmed the contribution of Lihong Safety and Ango Intelligent Safety in standardization, especially in the promotion of international standards. Director Li also gave instructions on the requirements of the NQI project. He hoped that through the efforts of the experts of the bid committee, he would strive to complete the draft of the dynamic safety distance as soon as possible, and enter the warehouse at the end of May.

    The vice chairman of the Standard Committee, President Li Liyan will be the head of the National Risk Assessment Task Force on behalf of Lihong Security. President Li published the work plan of the Risk Assessment Task Force, including assisting the Standard Committee to unify the risk assessment content There is also a plan for reviewing the qualifications of risk assessors, which will ultimately promote the mutual recognition of assessment reports internationally. The experts of the bid committee expressed their valuable opinions on this plan, as well as the issues to be considered such as the establishment and maintenance of the system.

 

In response to the unification of the contents of the assessment report, Team Leader Chen Zhuoxian proposed the outline of the new standard "Guidelines for the Compilation of Machinery Safety Risk Assessment Report". After expert discussions and Director Li Qin's comments, the standards were prepared with reference to the drafting and presentation rules of mechanical safety standards. Team leader Chen Zhuoxian will modify the outline and prepare a draft based on Director Li's comments.

     Finally, the experts at the meeting discussed the title and content of "Method for Determining the Dynamic Safety Distance of Automatic Main Movement Function of Machinery Safety". The experts agreed to strive to submit drafts and proposals on April 20.

     

Through this meeting, the Standards Committee implemented and promoted a number of major tasks in 2019, including the plan of the Risk Assessment Task Force, the outline of the "Guidelines for the Preparation of Machinery Safety Risk Assessment Reports", and "Dynamic Safety of the Automatic Main Movement Function of Machinery Safety Draft of "Determination of Distance" and project approval plan. Lihong Safety and Ango Intelligent Safety will continue to work hard to assist the Standard Committee in its efforts to standardize.
